An experienced speaker and trainer, Steve McCullar is an energetic personality who has worked with local, national, and international businesses, as well as having taught future business leaders in the classrooms as a professor. He has dedicated himself to studying leadership throughout academia, achieving several degrees with top honors (Bachelors of Science, Masters of Public Health, Masters of Business Administration, PhD in Public Policy & Administration). 

As a premier Keynote Speaker, Steve expertly weaves his experiences into captivating training that provide hands-on experiences, discussions, and nontraditional exercises that draw out the best in audiences. With laughter and thought-provoking topics, his audiences are always intrigued.

Steve McCullar is on a mission to work with organizations through process improvement and preparing tomorrow’s leaders. From the continental US to the Solomon Islands, he has addressed leaders and brought his powerful message and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. It isn’t just a great personality and passion to help others; it is the depth of his experience and systematic thinking that creates lasting results.

Over the past decade, Steve has expanded his role as a professor and keynote speaker, to a corporate trainer and leadership development consultant. He has spoken at conferences, conducted one-on-ones with CEOs, as well as created a business lab for students on college campuses. His trademark business labs have allowed students to learn and be challenged in a corporate setting, learning such things as how to conduct themselves in a board meeting, making presentations to executives, and how to prepare for the unexpected. He has transformed many college and university students into confident leaders for tomorrow.

Steve proudly served his country as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman, where he traveled the world. This experience also allowed him to serve on his first humanitarian mission to Surabaya Indonesia. Since that time, he has continued to serve on humanitarian missions working with organizations such as Project Hope and serving on the executive board for the Red Cross.
